How We Help

Who we are and who we serve:

We are certified recovery coaches who work with people who are interested in changing their relationship with alcohol. We provide upstream support for people who are still functioning well in their lives, and who either don’t meet criteria or don’t relate to available options for higher levels of care.

Our clients are often in pre-contemplation or early contemplation stage – or have successfully achieved abstinence and are looking for support in making lasting abstinence feel sustainable and even enjoyable.

We focus specifically on alcohol, because we have learned that by doing that, we reach a group of people who otherwise wouldn’t engage with support.

By the time people begin looking for clinical level services, the problem has begun to cause significant consequences in their lives. Our work reaches people who haven’t yet arrived at that point, and are often silently struggling without support. We provide options outside of the formal services available, because often, people in our community don’t identify as needing those services yet.

What we do:

We help create sustained behavioral change through proven tools, resources and meaningful connection at a peer level. We provide coaching to create forward momentum into a new version of life that no longer feels like it requires alcohol.
